I’ve been reading Bill Lehman’s The Matchless Charms of Christ and continue to explore ways that I might begin to become more like the one who came as Immanuel some two thousand years ago.
Lehman introduces, through this brief read, the topic of “Christ our righteousness.” He explores this in much greater detail in his sermon series, Christ Our Righteousness.
How can Christ be our Righteousness? This is a question that comes to my mind repeatedly, for example Paul writes in Philippians 2:5: “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,”
How is this possible? Does God expect us to perform the impossible?
